Essential Tips to Fall into a Fitness Routine
Have you ever been in a fitness funk? When you seem you can’t get out of bed to get your body moving? Fitness routines can be hard and boring when first encountered, but can be inspirational once you get a groove on a routine. A change in scenery or goal make all of a difference. It can be difficult or scary to begin a fitness journey. Starting it can be most challenging, but the benefit of sticking to a routine can become beneficial, as it gets easier over time. Here are some ways to stay fit and active during the season of Fall.
Fitness Routine Inspos!
Biking / Hiking: With the cool crisp air that fall brings, this is a fun way to get out and see the array of colors fall brings. From the red, orange and yellow changes on a tree, time outside with friends and family is a nice way to enjoy the Fall season.
Walking: In the fall season there are different festivities that you can easily enjoy while walking. Look into your local apple picking farms, pumpkin patch and even corn mazes. To step your fall game up you can even enjoy a (skinny) pumpkin spice latte to even go the extra mile.
Indoor Activities: If the weather is a bit chilly for your liking, you can always find local fitness classes to participate in. After school sporting and club activities are a great and most of the time free way to create and maintain a fitness goal and there are plenty of activities to get involved with.
Running: Running on a treadmill can get boring quiet fast especially when it is beautiful outdoors during the fall season. A light jacket and a challenge is all you need to enjoy this activity.
