What can I do?

If you are having suicidal thoughts, don’t isolate yourself. Instead, talk to a close friend or relative who can get you the help you need. If you notice a loved one displaying warning signs of suicide, ask them directly about suicidal thoughts. Offer help and let them know you are there for them. A person who is actively suicidal should not be left alone.
