Coming Out
People are born with different feelings about who they like and how they identify themselves.

What is coming out?
Coming out is a gender identity and sexual orientation acceptance process that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, asexual, or intersex (LGBTQAI) person goes through. It also consists of openly sharing your identity with others.
What can I do?
Talk to friends and family that you trust. The process can evoke feelings of anxiety and depression. It is ultimately up to you to decide when you are ready to come out.
